When will I get my order?
Custom orders typically take around 10-15 days from final confirmation to your doorstep. This window includes proof approval, manufacturing, quality assurance, and transit. For expedited production or shipping, please visit our FAQ.
What to Expect After Checkout:
Step 1: Review Your Proof
Review Your Proof & 3D Mockup Within 1 business day, our design team will email & share on WhatsApp/Messenger your print-ready file alongside a 3D mockup so you can see exactly how the final product will look.
Step 2: Production Begins
Production kicks off once you approve your design to keep your order on schedule.
Step 3: Quality Check & Packaging
We double-check for quality protocols and send you high-resolution photos of your completed order before it heads out for packaging.
Step 4: Shipping & Live Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we’ll email & share on WhatsApp/Messenger your tracking information.
What fabrics, customization methods, and embroidery techniques are available?
Performance-Driven Fabrics
We select the best technical fabrics suited to your sport, climate, and use case. Before manufacturing begins, you will receive a specification sheet detailing fabric weight (GSM), blend composition, and performance features for your approval. Custom fabric milling is also available for bulk orders of 1,000+ pieces.
True All-Inclusive Customization
Most of our apparel utilizes advanced sublimation printing. Enjoy unlimited colors, high-resolution graphics, and individual player names or numbers without setup fees, color counting, or placement surcharges.
Embroidery Options
Heavyweight garments like hoodies, sweatshirts, and fleeces are available with premium embroidery. Products supporting embroidery feature clear labeling and dedicated pricing options on their product pages.
How can I be sure my design will be perfect?
Every design submitted via email, messaging apps, or direct upload is thoroughly reviewed by our design team. We fine-tune graphic placement, align color profiles, and verify that all artwork meets strict print-resolution standards. We share finalized digital mockups for your approval before production begins. To ensure complete peace of mind, we also share real-time photo updates throughout the manufacturing process, allowing you to catch and correct any adjustments immediately.
How do I order multiple items with different products, colors, or designs?
Just send us your requirements via our Contact page or WhatsApp and your dedicated account manager will take care of the rest.
Can I request a sample before placing a full order?
We understand that you may want to inspect the fit, fabric, and build quality firsthand before committing:
Delivered within a week. We charge a nominal fee (typically half the standard price), which is 100% credited toward your final bulk order. (For example: pay $50 for samples, and an eventual $1,000 order balance drops to $950.)

What payment methods do you accept?
We are a US-based company operating out of New York.
Our checkout is powered by Shopify, Stripe, & Paypal which automatically presents the most relevant payment methods based on your location. This includes major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and others), along with region-specific options.
